| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思密达在新生儿抗生素相关性腹泻中的临床应用价值。方法选择2008年4月至2011年5月间于我院儿科住院治疗的AAD患儿180例,根据随机原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者仅行常规治疗,包括调整饮食结构、口服补液盐、静脉补液及稳定内环境。观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上使用0.9%NaCl20ml、654-2（山莨菪碱）0.1～0.2mg/kg及思密达1包保留灌肠,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的85.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿腹痛、腹胀及腹泻症状消失的平均时间均明显短于对照组患儿（P〈0.05）。结论思密达等药物保留灌肠对新生儿抗生素相关性腹泻疗效可靠,安全性高,是一种较好的治疗方法。
