周围型小肺癌X线与CT诊断方法临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨周围型小肺癌X线与CT诊断的影像学表现。方法将我院收治并经病理学诊断的周围型小肺癌患者42例分别经X线胸片检查和螺旋CT薄层增强扫描,对42例患者的影像学特征进行分析。结果①42例患者X线表现肿块周围边缘不规分叶征22例(52.4%),锯齿状或毛刺征17例(40.5%);CT检查表现肿块周围边缘不规分叶征32例(76.2%),锯齿状或毛刺征27例(64.3%)。②42例患者X线表现细支气管充气征5例(11.9%),胸膜凹陷征4例(9.5%),空泡征4例(9.5%),兔耳征3例(7.5%);CT表现为细支气管充气征14例(33.3%),胸膜凹陷征15例(35.7%),空泡征13例(31.0%),兔耳征9例(21.4%)。③通过CT增强扫描对周围型小肺癌的诊断优于X线检查。结论通过X线和CT薄层增强扫描可以调高周围型小肺癌早期诊断率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the imaging features of X-ray and CT imaging of small peripheral lung cancer.Methods 42 patients with small peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis were treated with X-ray examination and CT scan.The imaging features were analyzed.Results ① 22 cases(52.4%) were observed with irregular lobulation around the edge of the tumor in X-ray imaging,and 17 cases(40.5%) were observed with serrated or spiculation;In CT performance,the numbers were 32 cases(76.2 %) and 27 cases(64.3%),respectively.② In X-ray imaging,5 cases(11.9%) were with fine air bronchogram,4 cases(9.5%) with pleural indentation,4 cases(9.5%) with vacuole sign,and 3 cases(7.5%) with rabbit ear sign;In CT performance,the numbers were 14 cases(33.3%),15 cases(35.7%),13 cases(31.0%),and 9 cases(21.4%),respectively.③ CT scan is better than X-ray examination in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.Conclusion X-ray and CT scan enhanced the accuracy of the diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer.
