心理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响

目的探讨心理因素干预对急性脑卒中患者的临床疗效及功能康复的影响。方法将入选的60例急性脑卒中患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上进行心理因素干预治疗4周。两组分别于治疗前和治疗后进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）评估心理状态,采用日常生活活动能力测定量表（ADL）、神经功能缺损量表（DNF）评定患者神经功能缺损程度。结果治疗后两组抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执几个项目均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,但是干预组抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执几个项目评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损DNF评分均明显下降,ADL评分均明显增高（P〈0.05）,但干预组DNF评分和ADL评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理因素干预治疗能明显提高脑卒中患者的临床疗效,改善心理健康,提高生活质量。

Effect of psychological intervention on patients with cerebral apoplexy
