| 摘 要： | 目的分析不同民族喉癌的临床特点、手术治疗方式及其对预后的影响。方法对1998-2009年于延边大学附属医院行喉癌手术的168例患者进行临床随访、病历资料分析。结果朝鲜族中声门型喉癌的发病明显高于汉族,部分喉切除术患者拔管率为100%。全喉切除术4例发生咽瘘。随访149例,死亡37例,3年生存率为80.95%,5年生存率为70.24%。喉部分切除术患者的3年生存率为83.85%,5年生存率为74.62%,而喉全切除术患者的3年生存率为71.05%,5年生存率为52.63%。结论 2004-2009年入院喉癌患者较1998-2003年增加,朝鲜族和汉族喉癌的发生部位有差异;喉部分切除术是保留喉功能的根治性手术,喉癌患者经严格掌握适应证,正确选择术式,可提高术后生存率及生活质量。
