培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂一线治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的临床观察

目的观察培美曲塞二钠联合奥沙利铂治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法晚期肺腺癌患者共56例,培美曲塞二钠500 mg/m2第1天,奥沙利铂120 mg/m2第1天,每3周重复。每例患者至少接受两个周期的治疗。结果 56例患者均可评价疗效,无完全缓解（CR）病例,29例获部分缓解（PR）,15例稳定（SD）,12例进展（PD）,总有效率为51.8%,中位生存时间为11个月,中位疾病进展时间为6.4个月,一年生存率为55.4%。毒副作用主要有骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,均未达到Ⅲ、Ⅳ度。结论培美曲塞二钠联合奥沙利铂方案治疗老年晚期肺腺癌患者的疗效较好,不良反应较轻,患者的耐受性好。

Clinical observation on the effect of pemetrexed disodium combined with oxaliplatin in first-line chemotherapy for advanced lung adenocarcinoma in elderly patients
