| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在预防留置导尿致尿路相关感染中的作用。方法护理人员先确定留置尿管病人需要解决的问题,然后查阅大量的文献,选择护理科研证据,制订最佳的护理措施。结果实施循证护理后留置尿管患者的尿路感染率为3.06%,与2009年比较感染率有所下降（χ2=6.87,P〈0.01）。结论运用循证护理理论指导临床护理可提高护理质量,降低留置尿管致尿路感染的发生率。
