| 摘 要： | 目的探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗老年慢性肾功能不全患者的疗效及安全性。方法将83例慢性肾功能不全老年患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组予以常规治疗及静脉滴注银杏达莫注射液,对照组仅予以常规治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果及安全性。结果试验组43例患者总有效率为93.0%（40/43）,对照组40例患者总有效率为80.0%（32/40）,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后各项评价指标均有改善,但试验组效果更好,试验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在老年慢性肾功能不全治疗中,银杏达莫注射液疗效较好,且无过敏、出血等不良反应。
