＋6唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移54例疗效分析

目的观察唑来膦酸联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）骨转移的疗效。方法收集我院2009年7月至2011年4月收治的54例NSCLC骨转移患者,随机分为两组,每组27例。治疗组接受唑来膦酸联合长春瑞滨、顺铂（NP）方案化疗,对照组予单纯NP方案化疗。结果对照组止痛效果总有效率为37%,治疗组总有效率为81.5%（P〈0.05）。对照组骨病灶疗效总有效率为14.8%,治疗组总有效率为59.3%（P〈0.05）。对照组原发病灶疗效效果总有效率为14.8%,治疗组总有效率为44.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论唑来膦酸联合NP方案化疗对NSCLC骨转移不仅有较好的止痛作用,而且可提高化疗疗效,对于骨转移及原发病灶均有改善作用,有延长患者生存期的潜在获益可能。
