不同孕期阴道假丝酵母菌感染及致病菌分析

目的探讨妊娠期不同阶段阴道假丝酵母菌的检出率和菌种分布情况及其与发病的关系。方法随机抽取400例2008年9月至2009年9月在门诊产检的不同孕期的孕妇进行阴道分泌物培养及菌种鉴定。结果 （1）孕期假丝酵母菌检出率不随孕周改变而发生明显变化。（2）妊娠妇女阴道假丝酵母菌检出率为33.50%,以白色假丝酵母菌为主,占67.91%,其次是光滑假丝酵母菌（17.16%）、克柔假丝酵母菌（5.97%）、热带假丝酵母菌（4.48%）,近平滑假丝酵母菌（2.23%）。早、中、晚孕期假丝酵母菌均以白色假丝酵母菌和光滑假丝酵母菌为主。（3）随着妊娠进展,假丝酵母菌阳性孕妇中有症状者逐渐增多;有症状的孕妇白色假丝酵母菌比率逐渐降低,非白色假丝酵母菌比率逐渐升高。结论妊娠期阴道假丝酵母菌检出率较非孕期增加,以白色假丝酵母菌为主,而非白假丝酵母菌则以光滑假丝酵母菌为主要菌种;随着妊娠的进展,非白色酵母菌感染有上升的趋势。

Investigation on the pathogen and infection of Candida mycoderma in different gestational periods
