| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年高血压患者危险因素分析及干预对策.方法 选取2007年2月～2011年4月于某院进行治疗的330例老年高血压患者为研究对象,将这些老年高血压患者的危险因素进行统计及比较,然后提出相应的干预对策.结果 老年高血压患者的危险因素中治疗的依从性明显高于其他危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 治疗依从性在老年高血压患者的危险因素中至关重要.对老年高血压患者进行相应的干预对降低老年高血压患者发生脑卒中有着十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors analysis and intervention measures in elderly hypertensive patients.METHODS 330 elderly hypertensive patients were selected for the study in our hospital for treatment from February 2007 to April 2011,compared and analyzed the risk factors of elderly hypertensive patients,and then proposed appropriate intervention strategies.RESULTS The adherence to treatment in elderly hypertensive patients was significantly higher than other risk factors(P﹤0.05),there were significant differences.CONCLUSION The treatment compliance in elderly hypertensive patients with risk factors is essential.Appropriate intervention in reducing incidence of stroke has a very important significance in elderly hypertensive patients. |
