| 摘 要： | 目的 分析心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)患者的超声心动图声像,探讨超声心动图诊断AHCM的价值.方法 AHCM组20例和健康对照组20例分别进行超声心动图检查,分析比较心尖部心肌厚度,左房径、左室径和左室射血分数等参数.结果 与对照组相比,AHCM患者心尖部心肌显著增厚,左房径增大(P＜0.05),左室径与射血分数与对照组相比差异无统计学意义.结论 超声心动图是诊断AHCM准确、易行的无创方式.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM).METHODS Echocardiography was performed in 20 AHCM patients and 20 normal controls and images were collected.Analysis and comparison were conducted in parameters as apical wall thickness,diameter of left atrium,left ventricular ejection fraction of two groups.RESULTS Comparing with healthy controls,apical myocardial thickening,left atrium diameter increased in AHCM patients(P﹤0.05).Left ventricular diameter and ejection fraction had no significant difference between two groups.CONCLUSION Echocardiography can be estimated conveniently,easily and non-invasively way in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. |
