内镜联合腹腔镜与开腹胆道治疗胆囊胆总管结石对比研究

目的 分析内镜联合腹腔与开腹胆道治疗胆囊总管结石的治疗效果.方法 选取60例胆囊胆总管结石患者,随机分为30例为观察组和30对照组,观察组采用内镜联合腹腔镜治疗,对照组采用开放治疗.结果 观察组患者CRP水平低、切口更短、术中出血量更少、住院时间短、术后并发症少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05);两组患者平均手术时间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采用ERCP+LC对胆囊胆总管结石进行治疗,具有痛苦小、重复性好、恢复快、死亡率低等优点,值得在临床中大力推广.

Comparison of endoscopy combined with laparoscope and laparotomy in treatment of choledocholithiasis

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of endoscopy combined with laparoscope and laparotomy in treatment of choledocholithiasis.METHODS 60 cases of choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group,the observation group was treated with endoscopy combined with laparoscope in treatment,control group used open treatment.RESULTS The observation group was treated with low CRP levels,less bleeding in the operation,less complications,shorter hospital stay,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the average operation time in the two groups had significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION The use of ERCP+LC for choledocholithiasis has less pain,quick recovery,good repeatability,low mortality,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
