依达拉奉对外伤性脑血管痉挛患者的临床疗效观察

目的 观察依达拉奉治疗外伤性脑血管痉挛患者的临床治疗效果.方法 采用前瞻性对比研究,将180例外伤性脑血管痉挛患者,按程度分为轻、中、重组,每组再随机分为依达拉奉治疗组和生理盐水对照组.两组均采用相同的脱水、脑脊液置换等治疗和对症处理；治疗组加用依达拉奉30 mg,2次/日,静脉滴注,连用14 d,观察两组临床疗效.结果 依达拉奉对于轻度脑血管痉挛患者,治疗组和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；而中、重组,对脑血管痉挛缓解及外伤性脑梗塞发生率,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；患者3月后GOS评价,治疗组临床疗效明显好于常规治疗组(P＜0.01).结论 依达拉奉早期应用治疗外伤性中重度脑血管痉挛有明显临床疗效,可降低外伤性脑梗塞发生率,改善患者预后.

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of edaravone therapy on brain traumatic cerebral vasospams patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of edaravone therapy on brain traumatic cerebral vasospam patients. METHODS A prospective study was carried out with 180 brain traumatic cerebral vasospams patients, and they were randomly allocated into mild, moderate and severe group by degree of cerebral vasospasm. Each of them was reallocated into edaravone treatment group and physiological saline control group, and was treated with same ways: dehydration, cerebrospinal fluid re- placement and so on. The treatment group took 30 mg of edaravone intravenous injection two times a day , and treated in 14 days. RESULTS There weren’t significant differences of mild group of edaravone therapy on brain traumatic cerebral vasospams patients between treatment group and control group, but there was significant difference between moderate and severe group in relief of traumatic cerebral vasospasm and infarction, and therapeutic effect. CONCLUSION Early application of edaravone therapy on the moderate and severe degree brain traumatic cerebral vasospams patients has more curative effect and clinical sig- nificance, and decrease the incidence of traumatic cerebral infarction.
