腹腔镜手术及开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效比较

目的 比较腹腔镜手术和开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效.方法 选择在某院就诊的80名肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,随机将分为开放手术组和腹腔镜手术组,于术中手术总时间、出血量以及术中进行输血的例数,于术后观察患者因病情不稳定进入ICU观察的例数以及患者引流量、下床时间、住院天数,并采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析.结果腹腔镜手术组的术中观察指标和术后观察指标均明显优于开放手术组.结论膜后腹腔镜手术可以有效地减少术中和术后并发症的出现,有利于患者术后的恢复,值得在肾上腺肿瘤的治疗中推广.

Curative effect comparison between laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of adrenal tumors

OBJECTIVE To compare curative effect between laparoscopic operation and open operation in treatment of adrenal tumors.METHODS Collected clinical data of 80 patients with adrenal tumors in our hospital,divided them into laparoscopic operation group and open operation group randomly,conducted intraoperative observation on operation time,bleeding volume and intraoperative transfusion cases and postoperatively observed the patients due to unstable condition into ICU and patients’ drainage,getting out of bed time,length of hospital stay,and used SPSS 18 software for statistical analysis.RESULTS Intraoperative observation indexes and postoperative observation indexes of laparoscopic operation group were significantly better than the open operation group.CONCLUSION Laparoscopic operation can effectively reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications,which is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients,and worth in the promotion of adrenal tumor therapy.
