社区慢性心血管疾病患者疾病控制效果的影响因素调查

目的 分析社区慢性心血管疾病患者疾病控制效果的影响因素,为临床工作提供一定的参考信息.方法 回顾性分析2007年5月～2011年10月社区慢性心血管疾病患者420例的临床资料,其中控制效果良好232例,控制效果不良188例,分析不同控制效果组患者的临床情况以总结社区慢性心血管疾病患者疾病控制效果的影响因素.结果 患者的性别、年龄、体重、文化程度、对心血管疾病的认知状况、不良生活习惯均明显影响社区慢性心血管疾病患者疾病控制效果(P＜0.05).结论 社区卫生工作者需要了解社区慢性心血管疾病患者疾病控制效果的影响因素,以便针对性地开展健康教育工作,帮助慢性心血管疾病患者获得更佳的控制效果.

Investigation on influencing factors of disease control effect in patients with chronic cardiovascular disease in community

OBJECTIVE To analyze the influencing factors of disease control effect in patients with chronic cardiovascular disease in community,to provide some reference information for clinical work.METHODS The clinical data of 420 cases with chronic cardiovascular disease in community from May 2007 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively,in which the good control effect was in 232 cases,and the adverse control effects were in 188 cases.The clinical conditions of patients with different control effects were analyzed to summarize the influencing factors of control effect in patients.RESULTS The patients’ gender,age,weight,educational level,cognitive status on cardiovascular disease,bad habits affected the control effect in patients with chronic cardiovascular disease in community significantly(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Community health workers need to understand the influencing factors of control effect in patients with chronic cardiovascular disease in community,in order to carry out targeted health education to help patients with chronic cardiovascular disease to get better control effect.
