嘉禾县2007～2010年乡村医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

目的 了解嘉禾县乡村医疗机构的消毒状况,为科学指导基层医疗机构消毒工作、控制医源性感染提供科学依据.方法 按《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》方法,对2007～2010年乡村两级医疗卫生单位消毒效果进行检测.结果 2007～2010年各年度消毒监测合格率分别为76.8％,81.7％,85.6％,89.1％,呈逐年上升趋势,各年度之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).乡村两级医疗机构平均合格率分别为91.3％,80.8％,二者之间差异有统计学意义.各类样品中使用中消毒液合格率较高,物体表面合格率较低.结论 嘉禾县2007 ～2010年乡村医疗机构消毒效果逐年提高,但消毒监测工作仍需加强,需继续加强对基层医务人员消毒知识培训和技术指导.

Analysis of disinfection effect of rural medical institutions in jiahe county from 2007 to 2010

OBJECTIVE To understand the sterilization situation of Jiahe County Hospital,so as to provide scientific basis for sterilization in rural medical institutions and preventing nosocomial infection.METHODS We monitored the sterilization of rural medical institutions from 2007 to 2010 according to"standard of medical sterilization","hospital disinfectant sanitation standards"and"disinfection technical specifications".RESULTS The qualified rates were 76.8%,81.7%,85.6% and 89.1%,respectively from 2007 to 2010.The pass rate increased year by year,there was significant difference from 2007 to 2010(P﹤0.01).The average qualified rate of county and village medical institutions were 91.3% and 80.8%,respectively(P﹤0.01).The eligible rate of disinfectant solution in use was high but the pass rate of objective’s surface was low.CONCLUSION The disinfection effect increases gradually from 2007 to 2010,but the disinfection and supervision work is yet to be strengthened.
