硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者预后、生活质量的影响及其健康教育对策

目的 探讨硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者预后、生活质量的影响及其健康教育对策.方法 共纳入60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,A组给予硝普钠等常规内科治疗措施；B组在A组常规内科治疗的基础上,同时给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗措施.观察患者的预后及生活质量.结果 治疗后两组间疗效比较结果显示:B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)明显优于A组(硝普钠组),总有效率分别为86.7％及60.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)患者住院时间明显低于A组(硝普钠组)患者.治疗后两组间生活质量比较结果显示;两组患者治疗前生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组患者生活质量均有明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；但B组(硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊组)患者生活质量提高更明显.结论 对慢性心力衰竭患者应用硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗有较好的疗效,可以明显改善患者的症状,减少患者住院的时间,并提高患者的预后生活质量,值得临床推广应用,同时给予患者必要的健康教育可以使患者对慢性心力衰竭有更深的认识.

The influence of sodium nitroprusside joint strong heart capsule for prognosis and quality of life of congestive heart failure patients and its health education countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Sodium nitroprusside joint strong heart capsule for prognosis on the quality of life of congestive heart failure patients,and its health education countermeasures.METHODS Participants included 60 patients with congestive heart failure,according to the random number method,they were averagely divided into two groups.Group A was given medical treatment like the conventional sodium nitrate;based on routine medical treatment of group A,and group B was given Qiliqiangxin capsule.Observed the prognosis of patients and their quality of life.RESULTS Between the two groups after treatment,the result showed group B(sodium nitrate joint Qiliqiangxin capsule group)was obviously superior to group A(sodium nitrate group),the total effective rate was 86.7% and 60.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the hospital stays of patients in the group B time were significantly less than the group A.Life quality comparison results showed:quality of life score in two groups was not different(P﹥0.05)before treatment;After treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the two groups improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);But the group B’s quality of life enhanced more obvious.CONCLUSION For chronic heart failure patients,sodium nitrate joint Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment has a good effect,can significantly improve symptoms of patients,reduce the hospital stays of patient,and improve the quality of life of prognosis,and it is worthy for clinical application.At the same time,the necessary health education can make patients have a deeper understanding in chronic heart failure.
