2型糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸与炎症因子的相关性研究

目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸与有关炎症因子等指标之间的关系.方法 按诊断标准选取某院门诊、健康体检和住院病人2型糖尿病肾病组、单纯2型糖尿病组、健康对照组,各40例,比较各组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸与各项炎症因子等指标的关系.结果 3组血浆Hcy水平及炎症因子相关指标的比较,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的血浆Hcy水平均高于Ⅲ组(P＜ 0.01,t=27.010,14.741,15.001),Ⅰ组血Hcy与hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的相关性经Pearson相关分析呈显著正相关(P＜0.01).结论 2型糖尿病患者高同型半胱氨酸水平增加了糖尿病肾病微血管病变的发生率,且其同型半胱氨酸水平与炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α呈显著正相关.

Study on the relationship between the level of homocysteine and inflammatory markers in type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic nephropathy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationships between the level of Homocysteine and Inflammatory Markers in Type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic nephropathy.METHODS According to the selection criteria,patients were selected from the outpatient service,health check-ups center and inpatients,and they were divided into type 2 diabetic nephropathy group(groupⅠ),simple type 2 diabetes mellitus(no big vascular diseases,capillary pathological changes and other diabetes complications)group(groupⅡ),health control group(groupⅢ).Each group has 40 cases.The plasma homocysteine and various inflammatory factor indexes were compared between the two groups.RESULTS We compared the plasma Hcy level and inflammation factors in the three groups,group Ⅰand Ⅱ showed higher Hcy level than that in group Ⅲ(P﹤0.01,t=27.010,14.741,15.001).Hcy were correlation with hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF alpha inflammation factors in the GroupⅠ by Pearson correlation analysis(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Patients with type 2 diabetes and high homocysteine levels increased the incidence of capillary pathological changes of nephropathy,and homocysteine level showed positive correlation with the hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF alpha inflammation factors.
