益气活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的 观察益气活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法 观察60例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为2组各30例.对照组在基础治疗的同时采用西药有效控制血糖,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气活血法治疗.观察治疗前后临床疗效、证候积分、尿蛋白定量等.结果 两组经治疗,临床疗效对照组为63.34％,而治疗组为86.67％,两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 益气活血法联合西药基础治疗能有效治疗早期糖尿病肾病,在改善症状、降低尿微量白蛋白方面优于单纯西医治疗组.

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Yi Qi Huo Xue(benefiting qi and activating blood circulation)in treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy.METHODS 60 patients were divided into two groups of 30 patients randomly.Patients in two groups received western medicine for controlling blood sugar.Patients of the therapeutic group were given Yi Qi Huo Xue treatment,while the control group did not receive it.Then we observed the clinical effect,TCM symptom and quantitative of ptoteinuria before and after the treatment.RESULTS The cure rate of the therapeutic group was 86.67 percent,while the cure rate of the control group was 63.34 percent.The effect of the therapeutic group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The therapy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation can effectively treat the early stage Diabetic Nephropathy.The Yi Qi Huo Xue treatment is valued more than western medicine treatment in terms of improving the symptom and reducing urinary microalbumin.
