硬膜外阻滞辅以全麻在小儿手术治疗中的临床应用分析

目的 探讨硬膜外阻滞辅以全麻在小儿手术治疗中的临床应用.方法 选择在某院进行手术的小儿患者60例,其中男32例,女28例,分为实验组32例,对照组28例.密切观察两组患儿术前、切皮、术中、术后苏醒时的血压、心率以及手术后清醒所需时间、注药间隔时间、静脉麻醉用药总量、术中肌肉松弛情况等.结果 实验组患儿切皮、术中、苏醒时的血压、心率均小于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组患儿术后清醒所需时间、静脉麻醉用药总量均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组患儿注药间隔时间、术中肌肉松弛良好率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 硬膜外阻滞辅以全麻用于小儿手术患儿更平稳、全麻用药量更小、苏醒时间更短、肌肉松弛更好.

Clinical application analysis of Epidural block combined with general anesthesia in pediatric operation therapy

OBJECTIVE To investigate epidural block combined with general anesthesia in pediatric operation therapy in clinical application.METHODS 60 cases were operation in pediatric patients in our hospital,including 32 male cases and 28 female cases.They were divided into the 32 cases in experimental group 28 cases in the control group.Close observation of two groups of children before operation,incision,postoperative,blood pressure,heart rate and wake awake time needed after operation,injection interval time,total intravenous anesthesia drugs,intraoperative muscle relaxation and so on.RESULTS In the experimental group,skin incision,intraoperative blood pressure,heart rate of the children were less than those of the control group,and there was significant difference(P ﹤ 0.05).In the experimental group after waking time,total intravenous anesthesia medication were smaller than the control group,and there was significant difference(P﹤0.05).In the experimental group,injection interval time and intraoperative muscle relaxation good rates were higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Epidural block combined with general anesthesia for pediatric patients with general anesthesia operation is more stable,less dosage,better recovery time shorter and muscle relaxation.
