摘    要:目的 探讨儿童16层CT (MSCT)眼眶低剂量扫描对图像质量及患儿所受辐射剂量的影响.方法 对45例患儿设置不同管电流进行轴位MSCT扫描,评价CT图像质量和患儿所受的辐射剂量.结果 当管电流从100 mA依次降至50 mA和30 mA时,容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)依次较前一组均显著降低,A组(100 mA)和B组(50 mA)的图像质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组(30 mA)的图像质量低于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 儿童眼眶MSCT低剂量(100 KV、50 mA)扫描既可保证图像质量,又可降低患儿的辐射剂量.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore children 16 layer CT(MSCT) orbital low dose scanning on image quality and radiation dose effects in children.METHODS 45 cases of children scanned with different tube current are arranged on axial MSCT scan,and we evaluated the CT evaluation of image quality and radiation dose in children.RESULTS When the tube current from 100 to 50mA and mA were 30 mA,volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) and the dose length product(DLP) were significantly reduced than the former group(100mA).There was no significant difference in the image quality between group A and group B(50 mA)(P﹥0.05).The image quality C group(30mA) was lower than A and B groups,and there was significant difference(P ﹤ 0.05).CONCLUSION Children orbital MSCT low dose(100KV,50 mA) scan can not only ensure the image quality,but also can reduce the radiation dose in children.
