MRI与关节镜对半月板损伤诊治的临床应用研究

目的 探讨MRI与关节镜对半月板损伤诊治的临床应用效果.方法 收集2003年10月～2011年2月140例拟诊断为半月板损伤患者,都采用磁共振成像(MRI)和关节镜检查.结果 140例半月板损伤的MRI图像征象各一,碎块内移征/髁间碎块征发病率最高.诊断阳性的为135例,阴性5例.以关节镜检查为金标准,MRI诊断的敏感性与特异性分别为99.3％和90.0％,显示了良好的效果.结论 MRI能有效显示所有半月板损伤的MRI征象,敏感性与特异性都比较高,值得临床推广.

Clinical application of MRI and arthroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of meniscus damage

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of MRI and arthroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of meniscus damage.METHODS Selected 140 cases intended to diagnose as meniscus damage from October 2003 to February 2011,all cases were used magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and arthroscopy for diagnosis.RESULTS The MRI images for meniscus damage were better,the shift the levy/fragment within the intercondylar fragments levy had the highest incidence.The positive diagnosis was in 135 cases,negative was in 5 cases.Arthroscopy as the gold standard,sensitivity and specificity of MRI diagnosis were 99.3% and 90.0%,showed good results.CONCLUSION MRI can effectively show the MRI features of all meniscus damage,the sensitivity and specificity are high,and worthy of promotion.
