供应室与病房配合开展整体护理方法探讨

目的 对供应室和病房之间配合展开的整体护理方式进行探讨分析.方法 随机选取36个病房,将某院的病房分为两组,a组是供应室和病房配合开展整体护理工作18个,b组是供应室和病房单独开展护理工作18个,对这两组的情况进行对比分析.结果 通过本次临床实验发现,供应室和病房配合开展整体护理工作在手术的效果、护理效果、患者康复效果、器械清洗效果上都要好于供应室和病房单独开展护理工作,a组护理满意度高达100％,手术成功率达94.4％,患者康复情况良好,器械清洗率达到99.1％,而b组护理满意度只有61.1％,手术成功率77.8％,患者康复情况一般,器械清洗率只有76.1％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 供应室和病房间配合展开的整体护理效果明显,值得在护理工作中推广应用.

Discussion on the holistic nursing wards by integrating supply chamber and wards

OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of the holistic nursing wards by integrating supply chamber and wards.METHODS 36 wards were randomly selected,and divided into two groups.Group a(18 cases)was given holistic nursing wards by integrating supply chamber and wards,Group b(18 cases)was given separate nursing works in integrating supply chamber and wards.We compared the effects of the two groups.RESULTS Through this clinical trials,we found the holistic nursing wards has better effect in the operation,nursing,patients recovery,and equipment cleaning up than separate nursing works in integrating supply chamber and wards.The satisfaction of group a was as high as 100%,and the success rate was 94.4%.Most of the patients recovered,and the equipment cleaning rate was 99.1%.However,the satisfaction of group b was only 61.1%,and the success rate 77.8%.Partly of the patients recovered,and the cleaning rate of equipment was 76.1%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The holistic nursing wards by integrating supply chamber and wards had efficacy in clinics,which needs widely spread in clinics.
