武汉农村居民健康素养综合评价及影响因素研究

目的 了解武汉农村居民健康素养状况及影响因素,为制定有针对性的健康素养干预策略提供依据.方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法对武汉农村居民进行抽样,进行入户问卷调查,利用健康素养综合指数进行评价,采用Logis-“c回归分析健康素养的影响因素.结果 共调查2 400人,收回有效问卷2 369份,有效率98.7％.武汉农村居民的健康素养综合指数为0.57±0.16,健康知识分指数、健康行为分指教、健康技能分指数分别为0.64±0.18、0.50±0.18、0.54±0.25.不同性别、文化程度和年龄人群的健康素养综合指数差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).影响武汉农村居民健康素养的因素主要是文化程度、年龄和经济收入.结论 武汉市农村居民健康素养总体处于中等水平,影响武汉市农村居民健康素养水平的因素主要是文化程度、年龄、经济收入,应有针对性制定健康教育与健康促进策略,以提高其健康素养.

Study on the comprehensive assessment of health literacy and its influencing factors of rural residents in Wuhan

OBJECTIVE To investigate the health literacy and its influencing factors of rural residents in Wuhan,and to provide scientific basis for developing intervention strategy.METHODS The random multi-stage stratified sampling method was carried out to select the sample population.The health literacy comprehensive assessment was used to evaluate the health literacy status and analyze its influencing factors.RESULTS The samples were 2 400,the valid questionnaires were 2 369,and the effective recovery rate was 98.7%.The health literacy index of rural residents in Wuhan including general,knowledge,behaviors,skill indexes were 0.57 ± 0.16,0.64 ± 0.18,0.50 ± 0.18,0.54 ± 0.25 respectively.Education,age,and income were founds as the main factors affecting population health literacy by using Logistic regression analysis.CONCLUSION The medium level of health literacy of rural residents in Wuhan.We should develop health education and health promotion work on health literacy respectively according to the characteristics of residents.
