胰岛素强化治疗儿童初发2型糖尿病临床观察

目的 采用胰岛素强化治疗儿童2型糖尿病,观察胰岛功能及其他指标变化情况.方法 将42例儿童初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,门冬胰岛素30治疗(甲)组、地特胰岛素联合速效门冬胰岛素皮下注射(乙)组,治疗3个月.比较2组治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、体重指数(BMU、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、空腹C肽(F-CP)及HOMA-3、HOMA-IR.结果 治疗后乙组比甲组胰岛功能有较大改善,差异有统计学意义,两组其他各值均有改善,两组相比较差异无统计学意义.结论 胰岛素强化治疗有助于儿童糖尿病患者胰岛功能恢复.

Clinical observation of intensive insulin therapy in children with primary type 2 diabetes mellitus

OBJECTIVE To observe insulin function and other indictors when using intensive insulin therapy in children with primary type 2 diabetes mellitus.METHODS 42 children with type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM)were randomly divided into two groups,and treated with Insulin Aspart Injection 30 and Insulin Detemir for 3 months.Compared the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 hour plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin C(HbA1C),total cholesterol(TC),total glycerin,BMI,Fins,F-CP,HOMA-βand HOMA-IR in two groups were observed before and after therapy.RESULTS The insulin function in Insulin Detemir group was iproved more compared with Insulin Aspart Injection group,the indictors in two groups were significantly improved,but no significant difference between two groups.CONCLUSION For the children with T2DM,intensive insulin therapy can be contribute to recuperation of islet function
