乌鲁木齐市结核病患者中HIV感染状况调查

目的 了解乌鲁木齐地区结核病患者中艾滋病病毒感染流行情况及其特征并进行分析,为制定有针对性的TB/HIV双重感染控制策略提供依据.方法 在乌鲁木齐市第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目的4个区,选择2007年9月～2009年底的所有结核病患者作为研究对象,开展HIV检测及相关问卷调查.结果 4个调查点共纳入调查1 501例结核病患者,HIV筛查率为92.34％;1 386例结核病患者中筛查出HIV阳性者197例,HIV感染率为14.21％.在筛查的人群中以男性、25～34岁年龄组、维吾尔族、本地户籍、其他类型结核、复治结核、涂阴结核病和已死亡为结局的HIV感染率较高.结论 乌鲁木齐市结核病合并HIV感染情况较为严峻,应重视结核病合并HIV感染的控制工作.

Survey on the tuberculosis(TB) /HIV co-infection situation in Urumqi

OBJECTIVE To research TB /HIV co-infection epidemic situation and related characteristics in Urumqi,and to provide proof for strategy of control TB /HIV co-infection.METHODS We selected TB patients all come from 4 districts of the 5th Global Fund program from September 2007 to December 2009.The HIV antibody tests and questionnaire survey were carried out.RESULTS 1 501 TB patients were selected.92.34% patients were accepted HIV antibody screening test.Among them,197 patients were HIV antibody positive,the HIV infection rate was 14.21%.Among TB /HIV co-infection patients,those who were male,Uygur,25-34 age group,local residents,other type TB,Retreatment TB,smear negative TB and death has high HIV infection rate.CONCLUSION The TB /HIV co-infection situation was serious in Urumqi.We should pay attention to the work of control TB /HIV co-infection.
