中医院校本科新生心理适应性与人格的关系

目的 探讨中医院校本科新生适应性与人格的关系.方法 采用《中国大学生适应量表》、《中国大学生人格量表》对2 105名中医院校本科新生进行调查.结果 ①中医院校本科新生的适应状况整体良好；②中医院校本科新生的活跃、坚韧、随和人格特质与适应性具有正相关关系;③坚韧、活跃、随和以及重情4种人格特质可预测中医院校本科新生的适应状况,其中坚韧、活跃、随和特质起正向预测作用,重情特质起负向预测作用；④适应良好与适应不良的中医院校本科新生在活跃、坚韧、利他以及随和4种人格特质上存在差异;⑤中医院校本科新生的适应性状况存在人格类型差异.结论 中医院校本科新生的适应性与人格具有相关关系,人格能够预测其适应性.

The correlation between psychological adaptability and Personality of Freshmen in Chinese medical university

OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between psychological adaptability and Personality of Freshmen in Chinese medical university.METHODS A total of 2105 undergraduate freshmen received the investigation by using the China College Student Adjustment Scale(CCSAS) and China College Student Personality Scale(CCSPS).RESULTS(1) The undergraduate freshmen in Chinese medical university had stronger psychological adaptability.(2) The personality of activity,tenacity and easy-going were positively related to psychological adaptability.(3) The personality of activity,tenacity,easy-going and emotion attending can predict psychological adaptability of freshmen in Chinese medical university.(4) There were significant differences between good adaptation and poor adaptation of undergraduate freshmen in Chinese medical university on the personality of activity,tenacity,altruism and easy-going.(5) There were significant differences between personality types of undergraduate freshmen.CONCLUSION There were significant correlations between psychological adaptability and personality.Personality can predict psychological adaptability of freshmen in Chinese medical university.
