孕妇产前感染8项筛查的分析与研究

目的 对孕妇进行产前的乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病病毒等的检测,了解孕妇生产前的传染病的感染状况.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法对2 160例孕妇进行了乙型肝炎病毒5项(HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HbcAb)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(HCV)、人免疫缺陷病毒抗体(HIV)以及苍白密螺旋体(TP)等8项相关特异性抗原或抗体检测,并进行分析.结果 2 160例孕妇中HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HbcAb、HCV、HIV、TP的阳性率分别为5.00％、38.33％、1.11％、11.71％、8.38％、0.56％、0％、2.22％.结论 在孕期产前进行感染性指标检测,及早制定阻断措施,对减少母婴垂直传播,降低新生儿感染疾病的发生,提高优生优育率有非常重要的意义.

Analysis and research about prenatal screening of pregnant women infected with eight kinds of virus

OBJECTIVE To detect antenatal hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis,AIDS virus of pregnant women,to understand the infection status of infectious diseases of pregnant women before production.METHODS 2 160 pregnant women’s five hepatitis B virus(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HbcAb),hepatitis C virus(HCV) antibody,human immunodeficiency virus antibody(HIV) and treponema pallidum(TP) were detected and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method.RESULTS In 2 160 cases of pregnant women,positive rates of HBeAg,HBsAb,HBsAg,HBeAb,HbcAb,HCV,HIV,TP were 5.00%,38.33%,1.11%,11.71%,8.38%,0.56%,0%,2.22%.CONCLUSION Detection on infectious indices in pregnancy and prenatal early blocking measures have a very important significance to reduce maternal and infant vertical transmission,reduce the neonatal infections disease,improve good birth and care rate.
