黄芪注射液与低分子量肝素联合应用治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的疗效观察

目的 探讨黄芪注射液与低分子量肝素联合应用治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床效果.方法 选取2009年1月～2012年1月于某院进行治疗的36例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)18例和加用黄芪注射液与低分子量肝素组(观察组)18例,将两组患者的总有效率、不良反应情况、复发率及治疗前后的血脂、24 h尿蛋白定量水平进行比较.结果 观察组治疗后的总有效率、不良反应情况、复发率及血脂、24 h尿蛋白定量改善情况均好于对照组,两组经比较显示,P均＜ 0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 黄芪注射液与低分子量肝素联合治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床效果非常显著,且安全性高,应用价值高.

Observation on the clinical effect for Astragalus Injection and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect for Astragalus Injection and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome.METHODS 36 patients at our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 for treatment were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(control group)of 18 cases and the astragalus injection and low molecular weight heparin group(observation group)of 18 cases.The total efficiency,adverse reactions,relapse rate and blood lipids before and after treatment,and 24-hour urinary protein level for the two groups were compared.RESULTS The total efficiency,adverse reactions,relapse rate and blood lipids,and improving situation 24-hour urinary in the observation group after treatment were better than the control group.Compared between the two groups,there was significant difference(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The clinical effect of Astragalus Injection and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome is very significant and safe,with high-value of applications.
