通过音频和视频指导心肺复苏实践能力和技术准确度的比较研究

目的 比较心脏骤停病人的第一发现人在调度台音频加视频的指导下进行心肺复苏的实践能力和准确性.方法 用蜂窝式便携无线电话分音频组和视频组分别指导消防员进行心肺复苏,比较两组在复苏实践能力和准确性方面的差异.结果 心肺复苏调度台指导下,音频组和视频组在打开气道、人工呼吸和胸外按压等实践能力以及胸外按压准确度(除外人工呼吸准确率)方面差异有统计学意义.结论 用蜂窝式视频电话指导心肺复苏是十分有效的方法,控制台利用视频指导现场心肺复苏,对增加心脏骤停抢救成功率能够起到重要作用.

Comparision of Practice Ability and Accuracy of Skill through Audio-direction and Video-direction in CPR Instruction by Dispatcher

OBJECTIVE To compare practice ability and accuracy for CPR of audio-direction versus video-direction in carrying out CPR instruction for the first responder by dispatcher.METHODS The dispatcher instructed CPR through only voice or video cell phone.We compared the practice ability and accuracy of skill through Audio-direction and Video-direction in CPR Instruction by dispatcher.RESULTS There was a statistically meaningful difference between audio-direction and video-direction in practice ability for airway opening,artificial respiration and chest compression,accuracy for chest compression except accuracy for artificial respiration in CPR instruction by dispatcher.CONCLUSION This study suggested that video-direction using cell phone is an very effective method in CPR instruction by dispatcher and active utilization of video-direction in CPR instruction by dispatcher,which can be an important help to increase survival rate of cardiac arrest patients.
