心理干预对初产妇自然分娩过程中心理问题的影响

目的 探讨心理干预对初产妇自然分娩过程中的心理问题的影响.方法 选取某院2009年11月～2010年11月间入院治疗的84例自然分娩的初产妇为研究对象,按照实施干预的方法不同分成两组,分别是对照组和实验组,两组患者均为42例.针对实施不同干预方法前后的焦虑自评量表得分进行比较分析.结果 本研究中两组患者实施干预治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分比较方面,干预后的结果实验组优于对照组,在SCL-90各因子比较中的躯体化因子、强迫因子、忧郁因子、恐怖因子等方面比较差异显著,实验组优于对照组,且P均＜ 0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 心理干预可以有效改善初产妇的心理状态和应对方式,是应对心理问题的有效措施.

Effect of psychological intervention on psychological problems in primipara natural childbirth

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on psychological problems in primipara natural childbirth.METHODS 84 cases of primipara natural childbirth hospitalized in our hospital from November 2009 to November 2010 were chosen as the research object.In accordance with the implementation of the intervention,they were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group.Two groups were all with 42 cases.The scores of self-rating scale for anxiety before and after the implementation of different interventions were taken for comparative analysis.RESULTS In the comparison of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score for the two groups of patients before and after the implementation of the intervention,the results after the intervention of the experimental group were better than the control group.Compared in the somatization factor of the SCL-90 factor,forced factor,and depression factor,the difference was significant,the experimental group was better than the control group,and P﹤0.05,there was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Psychological interventions can be effective in improving maternal psychological state and coping style,which is an effective measure to deal with psychological problems.
