地塞米松雾化吸入治疗重症药疹口腔损害的临床观察

目的 采用雾化吸入配合系统药物治疗及单独系统用药治疗重症药疹伴口腔损害的患者,并观察其疗效.方法 治疗组32例,据病情给予地塞米松,2/3静脉输入,1/3与木舒坦同加于0.9％生理盐水20 ml雾化吸入,配合对症支持治疗,与仅采用地塞米松静滴,木舒坦同加于0.9％生理盐水20 ml雾化吸入配合对症支持治疗的对照组20例进行疗效比较.结果 治疗3d后,治疗组的口腔明显好转,1周后口腔痊愈率为56.25％,而对照组的痊愈率为0％,2周后口腔痊愈率治疗组84.37％,对照组80.00％.结论 雾化吸入治疗重症药疹口腔损害能显著缩短病情,疗效确切,值得推广.

Clinical investigation of severe drug eruption with oral damage in the treatment of inhalation

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of systematic medicine and inhalation and the former only in patients with severe drug eruption and oral damage.METHODS 32 cases in therapy group were supplied with Dexamethasone,two third in intravenous infusion,one third in inhalation of Mucosolvan 2ml added into 20ml 0.9% physiological saline,and symptomatic supporting therapy was given according to patients’ conditions.Then compared the curative effect with the 20 controls.RESULTS After 3 days treatment,the oral damages were improved greatly in the therapy group.After 7 days,56.25% of cases were treated successfully.On the contrary,none of case was improved greatly in control group.After 14 days,84.37% of cases were treated successfully in the therapy group and 80.00% were treated successfully in control group.CONCLUSION Inhalation is useful for the patients with severe drug eruption and oral damage.It is worthy in extension.
