TOPSIS法对甘肃省扩大流感监测网络项目的综合评价

目的 评价甘肃省扩大流感监测网络项目运行1年来各网络实验室的监测质量,为决策部门提供科学依据.方法 筛选6个针对哨点医院和网络实验室的相关指标,运用TOPSIS法对16个流感监测网络实验室进行综合评价.结果 全省16个流感监测网络实验室中甘肃省CDC的流感监测质量最好,陇南市的最差,符合实际情况.结论 TOPSIS法能够精确地反映各评价对象间的差异,评价结果综合而客观.甘肃省16个网络实验室的工作质量差异较大,建议各网络实验室在提高自身检测水平的同时,应加强对哨点医院相关人员的培训、工作督导和技术指导,切实提高全省的流感监测质量.

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Influenza Surveillance Network Expanding Project in Gansu Province by TOPSIS Method

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the surveillance quality of various network laboratories in this year since the implementation of Influenza Surveillance Network Expanding Project in Gansu Province,and provide scientific basis for decision-making departments.METHODS We screened out 6 related indexes of sentinel hospitals and network laboratories,and conducted comprehensive evaluation on the 16 influenza surveillance network laboratories by TOPSIS Method.RESULTS CDC in Gansu Province had a better influenza surveillance quality among the 16 influenza surveillance network laboratories,while Longnan’s laboratory was the worst,which was in line with the actual conditions.CONCLUSION TOPSIS Method can accurately reflect the differences among various evaluation objects,and the results are comprehensive and objective.Quality of work was quite different of sixteen Network Laboratories in Gansu Province,recommended that not only should The Network Laboratories enhance detection level of itself,but also strengthen the training of relevant personnel,work supervision and technical guidance for the Sentinel hospitals,and effectively improve the province’s quality of influenza surveillance.
