重组人干扰素alb治疗手足口病118例疗效观察

目的 了解重组人干扰素alb治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效.方法 对256例手足口病患儿进行随机分组.治疗组118例,给予重组人干扰素alb肌注每日1次.对照组138例,给予利巴韦林肌注或静点,每日1次.疗程均为3d.结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.62％,对照组为60.15％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗组在退热时间,手足皮疹及口腔溃疡愈合方面均优于对照组(P＜0.01),治疗组未发现明显不良反应.结论 干扰素治疗儿童手足口病的疗效明显优于利巴韦林,值得临床推广应用.

Clinic observation on the a-lb therapy for patients with hand,foot and mouth disease

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of interferon a-lb On treating children with hand,foot and mouth disease.METHODS 256 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups,and the therapy group had 118 cases,which were received interferon(Hapgen)by injection one time per day.The control group had 138 cases which were given ribavirin by intravenous or injection one time per day for 3 days.RESULTS The total effective rates of therapy group was 96.62%.While that of control group was 60.15%.There was significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.01).Therapy group was better than control group in temperature decreasing and curing the skin rash and mouth ulcer.No side effect had been found in therapy group.CONCLUSION Efficacy of interferon a-lb is better than ribavirin,which is worthy of application.
