流感患者外周血异型淋巴细胞的检测结果及分析

目的 观察流感患者外周血异型淋巴细胞特点及其临床意义.方法 选取58例流感患者及50例健康人群作为研究对象,采用瑞氏染色在光学显微镜下镜检并分类,分别测定并计算出白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、中间细胞、异型淋巴细胞百分比,对两组测定结果进行分析比较,同时对58例患者年龄及异型淋巴细胞两者关系进行分析.结果 流感组异型淋巴细胞百分比为(11.2±2.8)％,对照组为(1.1±0.3)％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).流感组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比及中间细胞百分比与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).流感组3组不同年龄患者其异型淋巴细胞百分比差异有统计学意义.结论 流感患者外周血异型淋巴细胞较健康人群明显增高,而由于其检测方法简单,可作为流感患者早期诊断的重要筛查手段之一.

Results and analysis on the heterotypic lymphocyte in peripheral blood among Influenza patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the influenza patients of heterotypic lymphocyte in peripheral blood and its clinical significance.METHODS 58 cases of flu patients and 50 cases of healthy people were selected as the research object.Wright’s staining under the light microscope microscopic examination were used to measure and calculate WBC,neutrophil,lymphocyte,intermediate cells and heterotypic lymphocyte percentage.Two groups of measured results were analyzed and compared.The relationship between age and heterotypic lymphocyte in 58 patients was analyzed.RESULTS The heterotypic lymphocyte percentage of the influenza group was(11.2 ± 2.8) %,and it was(1.1 ± 0.3) % for the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P ﹤ 0.05).The white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils,lymphocytes percentage and percentage of intermediate cells of the Influenza was significant difference compared with the control group(P﹤ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the atypical lymphocyte percentage in different ages of influenza group group.CONCLUSION Patients with influenza heterotypic lymphocyte in peripheral blood than in healthy population significantly increased.Its detection method is simple,which can be used as the flu early diagnosis important screening method.
