脑卒中患者给予时间护理的效果观察

目的 分析脑卒中患者给予时间护理的效果.方法 选择164例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各82人.对照组使用神经内科脑卒中常规护理,观察组在使用常规护理的基础上,加用时间护理,比较两组患者的平均住院时间及日常生活能力评分情况的差异.结果 观察组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05;观察组患者的平均日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论 时间护理可以缩短患者的住院时间同时提高其日常生活能力,具有积极的临床意义.

Observation on the effect of nursing on the Stroke patients

OBJECTIVE To analyze the nursing effect on the cerebral stroke patients.METHODS A total of 164 cases with stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(each group has 82 cases).The contrast group received neurology stroke routine nursing care,observation group received routine nursing and time nursing.Then we compared the two groups of patients in terms of average length of time and the difference of daily life ability.RESULTS The mean hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups,P﹤0.05;The average daily life ability score in the observer group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION The time nursing can shorten hospitalization time and improve their ability of daily life,which has a positive clinical significance.
