某医院住院患者医院感染现患率调查

目的 了解某院医院感染现状,为制定医院感染管理措施提供可靠依据.方法 采取医院感染横断面调查的方法,对2010年9月7日住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查.结果 医院感染现患率为3.34％；医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占47.73％；ICU、肿瘤科、心内科、脑外科为医院感染重点科室；病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌占首位；抗菌药物使用率为59.47％;使用呼吸机、气管切开、免疫抑制剂、激素、化疗等是医院感染的高危因素.结论 加强重点科室的医院感染管理,积极预防控制医院感染高危因素,可有效控制医院感染的发生.

An Investigation Analysis on the Prevalence Rate of Nosocomial Infection in a hospital

OBJECTIVE To know about the hospital-acquired infection situation in our hospital,and provide reliable evidence of the nosocomial infection(ni) management measure.METHODS Using standard questionnaires,the prevalence rates of nosocomial infection among inpatients on 7 September 2010 were examined.RESULTS The prevalence rates was 3.34%.The lower respiratory tract infection was the first(47.73%).The key departments of the nosocomial infection were ICU,department of oncology,heart internal medical department and the neurosurgery department.Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for the first place.The rate of antibiotics utilization was 59.47%.The high risk factors were the application of breathing machine,tracheotomy,immunosuppressant,Hormone,chemotherapy.CONCLUSION Enhancing the management of nosocomial infection in key department and the active prevention and control of the risk factors can effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infec tion.
