摘    要:目的 研究硫酰氟熏蒸除虫的优化条件.方法 采用静式呼吸道吸入染毒法对试虫(德国小蠊)进行熏蒸处理,观察中毒症状与死亡情况,运用二次响应面回归模型对实验数据进行拟合及预测分析.结果 响应面模型差异有统计学意义(P< 0.000 1),总决定系数R2=0.784 8,模型的一次项、二次项与交叉项均有统计学意义,其决定系数分别为0.149 3、0.190 2和0.445 3.应用该模型对硫酰氟熏蒸灭蟑的剂量与作用时间值进行预测与分析.结论 基本确定硫酰氟熏蒸灭蟑的最佳剂量与作用时间的关系,为该熏蒸剂的科学、合理利用提供依据.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the proper condition including dosage and exposure time for killing the insects by sulfuryl fluoride.METHODS All groups of cockroaches were fumigated using the method of static respiratory-tract inhalation.Symptoms of intoxication and death conditions were recorded.The experimental data were simulated and predicted using the method of mathematics model(response-surface model).RESULTS The response-surface model was highly significant in statistics(P﹤0.000 1),total R2 equaled to 0.784 8.The linear,quadratic and crossproduct regression items were also significant,and their determining coefficients were 0.149 3,0.190 2,0.445 3 respectively;The optimal conditions of disinsection were predicted according to the model mentioned above.CONCLUSION The relationship between dosage and exposure time of sulfuryl fluoride in cockroach killing is founded,which offers a scientific proof for the fumigation later.
