心理护理与健康宣教对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者术后生活质量的影响

目的 研究心理护理与健康宣教对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者术后生活质量的影响.方法 将某院130例行腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组围手术期进行传统护理,观察组在传统护理的基础上由经培训的护理人员对患者进行心理护理及健康宣教,包括对患者进行术前访视、术中心理支持及术后随访等,并通过SF-36生存质量调查对两组患者进行生活治疗调查.结果 对SF-36生存质量调查中的8个纬度进行统计分析后显示观察组评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者围手术期进行及时的心理护理及健康宣教能提高患者术后生活质量.

Psychological care and health education on the impact of laparoscopic resection of gastric cancer patients quality of life

OBJECTIVE To study the psychological care and health education on laparoscopic gastric cancer resection in patients with postoperative quality of life.METHODS The 130 patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group perioperative traditional nursing observation group on the basis of traditional care by trained nurses to patients with psychological care and health education,including patients with preoperative visits,psychological support,and postoperative follow-up surgery.The life after treatment were investigated by SF-36 quality of life survey in the two groups of patients.RESULTS SF-36 quality of life were analyzed in eight latitude,which showed the observation group score was significantly better than the control group,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION The laparoscopic gastric cancer resection in patients with perioperative timely psychological care and health education can improve the quality of life of patients.
