探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效

目的 探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效.方法 选取某院80例诊断为子宫肌瘤的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40人.实验组给予腹腔镜下手术治疗,对照组给予开腹手术治疗.分析2组患者的手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、住院费用及肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复及术后并发症的发生等情况.结果 2组的术中出血分别为(26.3±5.6) ml、(40.6±2.8) ml,t=14.44,P＜ 0.05;住院时间分别为(3.6±2.5)d、(7.2±1.6)d,t=7.67,P＜0.05;肛门排气时间分别为(12.3±3.1)h、(15.2±1.4)h,t=5.93,P＜0.05；肠鸣音恢复时间分别为(14.3±2.4)h、(16.5±1.7)h,t=4.73,P＜0.05.结论 经腹腔镜手术下行子宫肌瘤剔除术具有较好的临床效果,患者术中出血、住院时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均较开腹组少.

Clinical curative effect of Laparoscopy for myomectomy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of laparoscopy for myomectomy.METHODS 80 patients in our hospital were diagnosed as uterine leiomyoma,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Each group has 40 people.The experimental group received laparoscopic operation treatment,the control group was given open operation treatment.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and anal exhaust time,return of bowel sounds and postoperative complications between the two groups were analyzed.RESULTS Intraoperative hemorrhage showed significant difference between the two groups,and were(26.3 ± 5.6) ml and(40.6 ± 2.8) ml,respectively,t = 14.44,P﹤0.05;The duration of hospitalization were(3.6 ± 2.5) d and(7.2 ± 1.6) d,respectively,t = 7.67,P﹤ 0.05;The anal exhaust time were(12.3 ± 3.1) h and(15.2 ± 1.4) h respectively,t = 5.93,P﹤0.05;The borborygmus recovery time were(14.3 ± 2.4) h and(16.5 ± 1.7) h,respectively,t = 4.73,P ﹤ 0.05.CONCLUSION The laparoscopic operation downlink myomectomy has good clinical effect,patients with intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,borborygmus recovery time were less open group.
