健康教育对老年无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对老年无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度的影响.方法 入选2011年2月～2012年2月在某院进行全口义齿修复的老年无牙颌患者86例,根据患者入院的先后顺序将其随机分为试验组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),试验组在义齿修复前后进行健康教育,对照组只进行相应的义齿修复,比较两组患者在修复后对全扣义齿满意度.结果 试验组患者在治疗3个月时,语音、咀嚼、固位以及舒适性满意度均显著高于第1个月时,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组患者在治疗3个月时,语音、固位以及舒适性满意度均显著高于第1个月时,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；试验组患者在第1、3个月时,语音、咀嚼、舒适性满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 健康教育可以显著提高老年无牙颌患者对全口义齿修复的满意度.

The effect of health education for the satisfaction about complete denture for elderly edentulous patients

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of health education for the satisfaction about complete denture for edentulous patients.METHODS 86 cases of elderly edentulous patients with complete denture in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 were chosen.According to the order of the patients admitted to hospital,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 43) and the control group(n = 43).The experimental group was taken with health education before and after the denture.The control group was only taken with the denture.The satisfaction levels of the two groups after renovation for whole buckle denture were compared.RESULTS The speech,chewing,retention and comfort satisfaction at the third month in the treatment for the experimental group were significantly higher than at the first month,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The voice,retention,comfort,satisfaction at the third month in the treatment in the control group were significantly higher than at the first month,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The speech,chewing,comfortable sexual satisfaction at the first month and third month in the experiment group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Health education can significantly improve the satisfaction of complete denture for elderly edentulous patients.
