健康与社会经济发展关系研究

[目的]探讨健康与经济互动关系。[方法]采用多元回归分析,建立健康与社会经济水平间关系模型,比较不同经济水平区域间健康状况的差别;估算死亡损失健康生命年的经济价值及病伤就医直接经济损失。[结果]健康的经济分层现象明显,人均GDP每增加1000元,人均期望寿命将增加0.61岁,0岁～组年龄别死亡率与粗死亡率将分别降低9.77%、2.55%,不同经济区域间健康水平存在明显的差异,经济实力越强,健康状况相对越好;死亡经济损失巨大,2000年死亡损失健康生命年经济价值高达144.32亿元,占当年生产总值1589.34亿元的9.08%。[结论]经济发展与居民健康水平的提高必须协调发展,居民健康是政府应优先投资的领域。

THE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HEALTH AND SOCIAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

[Objective]To explore the interaction between health and economy.[Methods]The method of multiple re-gression analysis was taken to build the relationship model between health and social economy level to compare health situations among regions with different economy levels and estimate the economic values of potential years of life lost and the direct eco-nomic loss due to illness and wound.[Results]There was an obvious health stratification among regions with different economy levels.When per capita GDP increased 1 000 Yuan,the life expectation increased 0.61 year per capita.The specific death rate of 0 year-old age group decreased 9.77%and the crude death rate decreased 2.55%.There were obvious differences in health level among regions with different economy levels and the fact was that the stronger the economic power was,the better health situation it was.Economy loss due to death was tremendous.The economic value of potential years of life lost was as high as 14.432 billion Yuan in 2000,which was 9.08%of that year's GDP.[Conclusion]The development of economy and the en-hancement of people's health level must be harmonious,and the government should give priority to residents'health investment.
