罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素治疗三叉神经痛疗效分析

目的观察罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法确诊为原发三叉神经痛患者60例,随机分为3组,分别采用罗哌卡因、A型肉毒毒素及两者联合局部注射。观察疗效、复发率、疼痛缓解时间、不良反应。结果Ⅲ组与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较,治愈率、显效率显著增高,有效率、无效率、复发率显著减少(P<0.05),Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较,缓解时间显著缩短(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅰ、Ⅲ组比较,不良反应率显著减少(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床效果好,疗效确切,无严重并发症,值得推广。

Clinical investigationof ropivacaine combined with A toxin in treating trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To study clinical the effects of ropivacaine combined with A toxin in treating trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 patients who suffered trigeminal neuralgia were divided in three groups.Ropivacaine,A toxin and both medicine were used in different group respectively.Curative effects,side effects,time of paracmasist were recorded.Results The curative effects were higher and lower palindromia in Ⅲ group than other groups(P<0.05).The side effects were lower in Ⅱ group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with A toxin maybe an effective method in the management of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.
