环孢菌素A治疗格林-巴利综合征的临床观察

目的探讨环孢菌素A对格林-巴利综合征患者的治疗作用。方法 68例格林-巴利患者根据严重程度分为2组,实验组以环孢菌素A联合免疫球蛋白和激素治疗,对照组使用免疫球蛋白和激素治疗,记录其临床症状和神经电生理变化,并进行比较。结果在观察时间点内,中、重度患者实验组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05),轻度患者2组间差异无统计学意义。结论环孢菌素A是治疗格林-巴利综合征患者的有效药物,比免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗更具有优势。

The clinical study of Cyclosporine in therapy for Guilian-Barre syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Cyclosporine in therapy for Guilian-Barre syndrome. Methods The 68 patients were divided into different parts acccording to condition.The same part was divided into two groups in the light of therapy methods, named A and B. A group used Cyclosporine, Immunoglobulin and Hormone as the main drug, B group only treated with Immunoglobulin and Hormone. Before and after the treatment, the clinical syndrome and the Neural Electrophysiology effect of two groups patients were assessed. Results The effects of A group treament were better than B group for medium and sever Guillian-Barre syndrome, There were no significant differences in mild Guillian-Barre syndrome. Conclusion Cyclosporine was an effective supplementary drug for the patients who were suffered from theGuillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), and the clinical better advantage compared to conventional treatment.
