慢性肛瘘并发非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎的诊疗

目的探讨慢性肛瘘并发慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析南宁市第七人民医院2007年6月～2011年6月收治的慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者4例的临床资料。结果 4例患者诊断为慢性非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎,采用保守综合性疗法2个月后,大便通畅,腹痛、腹泻及黏液血便消失。结论慢性肛瘘并发慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎,明确诊断后,症状表现以内科为主,先采用保守的综合治疗,效果满意;如出现溃疡穿孔、梗阻、癌变等并发症,即由外科介入行外科手术治疗为宜。

Diagnosis and treatment of chronicity anal fistula combined with nonspecific ulcerative proctitis

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of chronicity anal fistula combined with nonspecific ulcerative proctitis.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 4 patients who had anal fistula combined with nonspecific ulcerative proctitis treated in Seventh People’s Hospital of Nanning City from June 2007 to June 2011.Results 4 patients were diagnosed as chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.Bowel movements was smooth.Abdominal pain,diarrhea and bloody mucus disappeared after conservative therapy for 2 months.Conclusion For chronic anal fistula combined with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis,the conservative treatment is conducted after diagnosis.The result is satisfactory.Surgical treatment is conducted if ulcer perforation,obstruction,cancer and other complications appear.
