妇必舒涂膜剂的制备及苦参碱的含量测定

摘    要:目的建立妇必舒涂膜剂的制备以及苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用水提醇沉法提取纯化药物;采用聚乙烯醇(PVA-1788)作成膜材料,加入有机挥发性溶剂等制备成涂膜剂;苦参碱含量测定采用溴麝香草酚蓝酸性染料比色法,测定波长414nm。结果制成的涂膜剂呈棕褐色、胶浆状,涂抹展开后,可快速干燥形成薄膜。苦参碱含量测时,其浓度在5~25μg/mL范围内线性良好:Y=0.059X+0.0347(R2=0.9995, n=5);平均回收率为98.83%,RSD为2.4%。结论该方法可制备出性质稳定、便于使用的涂膜剂;含量测定方法简便,易操作、准确,可作为妇必舒涂抹质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation process for Fubishu liniment and establish the determination for matrine. Methods The Chinese medicinal materials was extracted by water,and purificated by ethyl alcohol(C2H6O).It was used for film forming material by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-1788).The content of matrine was determined by bromothymolis coeruleum bromocresolis acid dye colorimetry;the best wavelength was 414 nm for UV absorption. Results Expanded Fubishu liniment,it could be dried quickly and form a thin film.The linear range were 5-25μg/mL formatrine,the linear regression equation was Y=0.059X+0.0347(R2=0.9995,n=5). The average rate of recovery were 98.83%,RSD was 2.4 % (n = 6). Conclution It was feasible and effective method to preparate for Fubishu liniment.The assaying method is accurate.reliable and reprooducible. It can be applied for the preparation and the quality control of Fubishu liniment.
