摘    要:目的分析CYP1A1(rs4646903,T/C)单核苷酸多态性与宁夏地区男性不育的相关性。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分别对204例男性不育患者和202例正常男性对照的CYP1A1 rs4646903单核苷酸多态性进行测定,分析基因型及等位基因频率在患者组和对照组的分布特点。结果相对于纯合野生基因型TT,未见CYP1A1 rs4646903杂合突变型TC(OR=1.07,95%CI=0.70~1.65)和纯合突变型CC(OR=1.41,95%CI=0.79~2.50)与男性不育有关联(P>0.05)。此外,相对于野生基因T,也未见突变基因C与男性不育有关联(OR=1.17,95%CI=0.88~1.55)。结论 CYP1A1 rs4646903单核苷酸多态性与宁夏地区男性不育无相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between CYP1A1 gene rs4646903 polymorphism and its susceptibility to male infertility in Ningxia.Methods CYP1A1 gene rs4646903 polymorphism in 204 cases with male infertility and 202 controls were detected by PCR-RFLP.The frequencies of genotype and allele were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the genotype TT,TC,CC between the two groups(P > 0.05).Compared with wild type TT,the odds ratio(OR) of male infertility with genotypes of heterozygote TC and homozygote CC were 1.07(95% CI: 0.70 ~ 1.65) and 1.41(95% CI: 0.79 ~ 2.5),respectively.The frequencies of allele T and C showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).OR of male infertility with the allele C was 1.17(95% CI: 0.88 ~ 1.55).Conclusion There was no relationship between CYP1A1 gene rs4646903 polymorphism and male infertility in Ningxia.
