银川市4个社区老年人自我护理能力现状调查

目的研究银川市4个社区老年人的自我护理能力的状况及其影响因素。方法采用自我护理能力测量量表(ESCAS)对银川市4个社区的老年人进行自我护理能力及其影响因素的调查。结果银川市4个社区老年人的自我护理能力得分为(109.69±15.97)分。老年人自我护理能力与性别、文化程度、以前职业、经济收入、健康状况、自我保健有关(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,影响银川市4个社区老年人自我护理能力的主要因素是文化程度、自我保健和健康状况。结论针对影响老年人自我护理能力的因素,采取有效措施,进一步提高老年人的自我护理能力。

Investigation on the Self-care Agency of Aged People in 4 Communities of Yinchuan

Objective To explore the self-care agency of the urban elderly and its influencing factors in 4 communities of Yinchuan.Methods The self-care agency of the elderly and its influencing factors were investigated by Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCAS) in aged people in four communities of Yinchuan.Results The mean score of the self-care agency of the aged people in Yinchuan was(109.69±15.97).38.30% subjects perceived a high rating level and 61.30% subjects perceived a medium rating level.Seven factors including sex,educational background,occupational history,income,healthy status,self-health care status and obtaining health education had statistically significant relation with the self-care agency of the elderly.Conclusion The self-care condition of urban aged people in Yinchuan was well.The major influencing factors were educational background healthy status and self-health care status which influenced on the self-care agency of aged people in Yinchuan.
