| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨护理干预对社区高血压患者遵医行为的影响。方法从杭州市淳安县汾口镇选取80例高血压的患者,对其进行遵医行为调查后,采取一定的社区护理干预措施,半年(6个月)后再次对被调查患者遵医行为进行随访,并比较护理干预前后患者遵医行为状况。结果患者在护理干预后遵医行为得到明显好转,遵医率明显比干预前要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展护理干预对改善社区高血压患者的遵医行为,提高患者自我管理能力有良好的效果,具备一定的推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the impact of nursing intervention on the compliance behavior of patients with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertension selected form Hangzhou City Chun’an County Fen Kou Town community, investigation of compliance behavior,to take certain community care interventions, six months compliance behavior of patients being investigated again after follow up and compare the compliance behavior of patients before and after the nursing intervention status. Results The patients in the nursing intervention compliance behavior marked improvement of the Compliance rate was significantly higher than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion To carry out nursing interventions to improve the patients’ behavior and there self management skills,with some promotional value. |
