盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效和安全性评价

目的评价盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 70例慢性盆腔炎患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用庆大霉素、甲硝唑治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方式的基础上,加用盐酸克林霉素治疗。结果观察组总有效率80.00%高于对照组总有效率51.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现不良反应病例。结论盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性。

Efficacy and safety evaluation of clindamycin hydrochloride treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in clindamycin hydrochloride. Methods 70 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group using gentamicin and metronidazole. On the basement of the control group, the observer group sasuke clindamycin hydrochloride. Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 80.00%,which is higher than of 51.43% with significant difference (P < 0.05).None of them appeared adverse reactions. Conclusion It’s a good efficacy that clindamycin hydrochloride treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,with good security.
